I have a 9 piece proof set and the one centg piece is certified PR 70 UC by NGC. It's the only one ever graded that high. the other 8 pieces are PR 69 UC. You' think the only 1974FM one cent piece at PR 70 would bring a good price. I'm still waiting.
I just took a look at the NGC Registry, and there is no listing from anyone for the smaller proof denominations. As a matter of fact, there are only about a dozen sets listed for the Bahamas. I can only assume that there isn't a great amount of interest in the 1c PF, Top Pop or not. Chris
