Looks like you have a military Officer's Token from Swansea, Wales. Not sure about the value, as that's not what I collect but minimum would be $5-$10, maybe a little more.
Some kind of British military recruiting officer token. It would be given to people interested in joining. Kind of like a call card for John Rees. I've seen tokens like that 2 or 3 for a $1.00 at flea market bins here in the US.
