Bactrian imitation?

    Too crude to be an official issue, looks like a bactrian imitation, seller says its ~ 16g
    Any guesses?

    There are ancient imitations of the coins of several rulers.
    However, i would judge the chance that this is a modern fake several magnitudes higher.
