What is it that you are asking?
    Is it a doubled die?
Nope, just machine doubling. It's a spender.

When will we see that 1983 copper cent you told us you found?
Is it still at the TPG?

Your money, but I don't see the point in spending $30-$50 to end up with a coin that you would be lucky to sell for a few bucks (if that).

Take that money down to your local coin shop or coin show and use it to buy something interesting. You could probably get something nice like a MS-63 or MS-64 PCGS Peace dollar
