I've been watching this guy for quite some time now, he has the habit of listing fake talers, along other low value, otherwise genuine coins. I have counted a Saxony piece of Johan Georg I, a transylvanian piece of Sigismund Bathory and a Worms taler, all sold for good money, especially the last two, though they are very obvious fakes, with a wrong style, artificial toning, damaged a bit to look like they actually circulated for centuries. This one is the 4th!!! Funny enough he has a 100% positive feedback! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Silber-T...iae-Siebenburgen-Gabriel-Bethlen/264981623929
As I understand it, as long as a seller offers a full refund on an item, he can have any negative feedback for that item removed. As far as I'm concerned, that's a big part of eBay's problem with repeat counterfeit sellers.
There once was a man from ‘Odare who sold fake coins at the fair. When I asked, "How he dare?" He said with a stare, "I only charge what the market will bear" If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
