I've see a few of these in hand. I don't like yours. Voids in obverse surface at 12:30. Surface appears rough and irregular - should be flat. Think I see some pimples too.

No, it's a fake. Available at Aliexpress for a few dollars. There were much more than 600 pieces minted. Many, many more. The information about the amount of coins is crap.
