Austria and Ethiopia added

Austria and Ethiopia are now represented on my site they have long been overlooked there

Austria - added P-49, P-50, P-52 and P-74
Ethiopia - added a note not yet listed in the 14th edition of the Karuse publication. Maybe when the 15th comes out??

These are some more notes i have had for a while, just never got around to adding them.
