Out of all the restrikes that the Austrian mint still produces, I think this has got to be the most impressive of them all right behind the massive 100 Corona coin.

The 20 Francs/8 Florin has the cool factor of being a coin with two face values. Further, it is made to the specifications laid out by the influential and historical Latin Monetary Union, so it's basically the newest LMU coin you can buy. If you are not sold yet, picture this, where else are you going to get a coin with a continuous design/composition dating back 130+ years for basically bullion price? It might have been struck yesterday, or 30 years ago, or 50+ years ago, but it has the same character and look it's had for more than a 130+ years. That is an amazing achievement.

I highly recommend you get one if you don't have it yet. It really is a fantastic new/old coin.
