    Pardon,but what the devil is it that you are asking? Is the guy legit? Devil if I know, but he is on e-bay, along with a host of others who sell coins. If the 'one star' review bothers you, then don't buy from him. Take your business somewhere else......

    Bought some raw Peace dollars and a PCGS MS65 1886 Morgan from mbarr on Ebay. No issues here. Shipping was free. Not high dollar stuff but shipped fast and packaged well.

    That sounded like feedback... A+++ SELLER FIVE STARS!!!!111
