Trying to figure out what they're thinking here. This is an album of fairly average culls, many damaged, that one could assemble in a couple weeks' time on Ebay for I'm guessing around $600-$700. And this auction house has a starting price of $1250 plus premium. Once again we see a seller who thinks "oh, the coins are old and in an album and therefore valuable" and slaps a edited price tag on it. And the thing is, someone will pay it.:pointnlaugh:

The only way to know for sure is to go through - grade all of the coins and put a price on them. As far as them being culls - that would be a matter of opinion. Some maybe lower grades, but I would not call them culls. Seated dollars, trade dollars and classic head large cents(just for starters) are not exactly cheap even in the lower grades. Too much work for me to even try.
