#1 is a bronze triens of the Roman Republic, I think. Head of Minerva right, oooo above / Prow right, ROMA above, oooo below. Something like Sear 1033; Crawford 41/7b; Sydenham 103. Here's the example at Wildwinds.
Number 2 is a pergamum / pergamon mint king philetairos Athena head coiled serpent on Rx it says philetairos on side but it is tricky because the t is crooked Marcosx
The weight and style suggest to my eye that #1 may be a first-century Italian imitative as opposed to an official Rome mint triens but I say that with no great conviction. A sharper picture of the reverse may help better ID it.
