I am looking into purchasing a wireless internet card for my laptop to use at the Long Beach Show. Has anyone had any good/bad service from any particular company? (Ex: Verizon gets better service than ATT) Thanks!
I use Verizon and have yet to have a problem anywhere, anytime. My T-Mobile cell phone does not work in the LB Convention Center, my Verizon works fine. See you there bud !!
I can only ditto this experience. Hubby has Sprint (personal) & T-Mobile (business) and he still reaches for my Verizon cell phone and wireless laptop because he often can't get anything on his two services. That includes our frequent trips to the mountains of Colorado!
I don't know if ATT phones work there but I got tethering to work on my Iphone so I can just use my existing phone internet.
I have a Blackberry Bold through AT&T and added wireless service for $40/month so I can hook it up (tether) to my laptop and connect to the internet just about anywhere. It works pretty good, though once in a while I get kicked off and have to reconnect.
