Here is an auction that I was following that is now over what I planned on bidding. The pictures are bad, but it is from a person that is not a normal coin dealer and appears to be honest. It would still be a good deal, but there are other things I'd rather invest this amount into. I would just like to see one of you guys/gals here that collect gold buy it. Good luck to you. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=300156718835&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=020 Hopefully RickieB will see this before it ends.
how do you know the person is not educated in coins and if they are honest or not. Remember P.T. Barnum's famous words there is a sucker born every min. also the coin value there is for all the coins is about 450.00
Yes, the asterix are for security reasons. I don't know the seller and if they are educated or not. I just thought that for the price, there may be some people willing to take a chance. The price got above what I was willing to gamble, but I wanted to alert my friends here.
Greg: On ebay whenever the bid goes over $200 the names are blanked because of bogus 2nd offers. Whoever got these got a great deal, assuming that they are genuine coins.
