Does anyone know of the existence of this countermark on the obverse of this tetradrachm of Aspendus, Pamphylia (Price 2889) ? By whom was it applied?

Most of the tetradrachms of Aspendus with countermarks bear the Seleucid anchor, but I have not found this one documented anywhere - could it be unique?

    Many thanks in advance.
