The sorta random stuff that goes through my head. What if I was a dog? The thought dawned on me as I watched Grace, our dachshund, discover a dead mouse in the yard. It was a priceless treasure to her. I figured a question of this complexity warranted a flow chart.
ROFL!! If you can’t eat it or play with it then whiz on it and walk away! However, I did have a gold dollar that my pup thought made quite a crunchy treat.
Dogs have different needs than we do because their perspective is quite different. Dogs can’t comprehend time or history. I remember a comedian years ago joking about how a dog was glad to see your if you had been gone 5 minutes or 5 hours. The dog could not tell the difference. Dogs are concerned about food, comfort, companionship and sex. Humans care about those things plus a lot more because of our longer lives and larger brains.
And this is precisely why I find so many coins in my yard over time. How did they get there? Easy. When the poo decays into nothingness, the coins that the dogs ate remain.
Cats and dogs have different taste buds that allow them to experience different flavors , so, they probably believe coins, especially gold ones, taste like filet mignon to them (rare).
Yeah, I saw that too in the news last week. I doubt that cat can even walk. If so, I don't know how, the belly is lower then the legs.
I actually sent that picture to my friend last week and my caption read: Obviously whoever's been feeding this cat never forgot the gravy.
Yeah, kinda reminds ya of that short legged dog huh ! Just tryin to keep up @CoinCorgi , just trying to keep up. Who Knows ? One of these days I might even get even with ya. Check that, one of these days I definitely will, just might take me a while
