    hi. new here. was wondering if anyone knew where these are from. they weigh almost nothing. my chinese is a little rusty. thanks

    Formosa, (Taiwan). If I had my Krause I would give you the reference number.

    Look at the reverse, its a map of the island.

    Yes, it is a 2 jiao (2 chiao) coin minted in the 39th year (1950) of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
