Was there an announcement for an anniversary set that I missed or is the edge lettered versions the only thing the mint is doing?

If there is anything more then just the edge lettering, I missed it as well, I don't believe they are.

I think it's just the edge lettering.

I have zero interest in this coin. The silver medal coming out soon though is another story....

    What medal?

I need these and the W for my 2 albums so I'll be getting 2 each. Just hope they fit in the holes well without reeding.

This one is on my to-get list. I usually get a proof ASE each year (the only thing I buy from the Mint). Picked up an '86 proof on eBay last week to go with it.

Too bad the 30th anniversary is being observed in such a low-key way. Guess the Mint is too busy with those lovely commemorative gold bullion coins for the Merc, SLQ and walking liberty. (Obvious sarcasm is mine).

My thoughts as well. I do like the eagle on the reverse though so I might pick one up.

Garlicus Debt is dumb, cash is king.

Still no word on a Burnished ASE or an annual set that would include one as well.
Maybe the proof will be the only offering this year.
Surprised that they didn't do a gold and silver combo. Still time, though.

They've been preoccupied screwing up the 100th anniversary of three iconic coins.
