According to today's CDN, the police have arrested five suspects in this murder/robbery! Congratulations to the police!
Exactly why I don't keep coins at the house, not even in a safe. Seems like Coin World reports several of these robberies/killings every year.
Man, what a shame. That is brutal. These thieves are worse than animals. This is why some people carry guns at ALL times. Both of those guys could have (and should have) been carrying with that much loot stored there. At least one of them would have taken down several of the attackers before they would have ran away. Guns would have beaten knives. Instead, we have more victims. I know some people will say "well, you'd never know if you could pull the trigger until you were faced with the situation." But this is evidence that there are people out there who are less than animals and have no appreciation for human life. They have no problem killing you and destroying lives over your PROPERTY. Now is the time to understand this. You are equivalent to a piece of garbage to them. So they are to me. You either have a survivalist mind set or a victim mind set. Those are the two camps. People with a survival mindset will always be that way. People with the victim mindset don't worry about anything and just hope that they can get through life without having to face a life and death situation. If they do and survive, some will change their mindset. But most of the time that's what it takes. I can't tell you guys how to think, but I put my family on a high pedestal. The human garbage that exist out there are on a very low one. Now is the time to face this realization before you would ever be faced with a situation like this. Assuming you have the capability to stop it. If you're in a carry state, CARRY. Understand what mindset you have now, while you're not under stress. I'm not trying to get under anyone's skin. I just hope for the best for all the forum members here and I want to see the good guys prevail. I hate these stories. At least the cops have got these pieces of garbage off the streets.
