Are these Roman?

    Yes. The first two are Roman Imperial. The second, I can't really tell if it's Imperial, Provincal, or a Greek coin.

    All of them are too worn for attribution.

    The first one is probably Gallienus, but the portrait is upside-down and none of the legend has survived. The "spotted" beard is pretty typical of his coins, though.

    I think the 2nd is Julian II

    Good call. Now that you mention it, that looks like the Apis Bull on the reverse.

    I agree with both of our above experts but wonder if the third might not be Islamic? I wanted to force it into Byzantine but believe I see lettering outside the circle at one point which would make it more likely Islamic. We should be able to get the reverse type on the Gallienus from the letters present but I'm still drawing a blank there. Perhaps PERPE from SECVRIT PERPET???

    the first two do look like Gallienus and Julian I, but both are too worn for (full) attribution.

    the third, i think it may be a larger Greek bronze, perhaps the OP can give us the size in mm and weight in grams.
