It's not an area I spend a ton of time in, but I don't think either of them is rare. They're both small Roman Provincial Judaean bronzes struck in Jerusalem in the early Imperial period (Augustus to Tiberius or maybe Nero), under the local Procurators / Governors.

Right coin is a Procurator Marcus Ambibulus Æ Prutah. The date is not visible, but it's RPC 4954, 4955, 4956, or 4957 (or here, combined). I've got a few of them. Here are two I've got photos of:
Marcus Ambibulus Procurator Judaea AE Prutah X2 Ex Hendin, Sinski.jpg

I'm not 100% sure which type the left one is (looks double-struck or overstruck).

Possibly a Nero (RPC 4972) overstruck on the types above? That would be interesting. (Overstrikes always are, when you can ID both types.)

You could try comparing to these: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/search/browse?q=jerusalem+palm
