Are these nickels proof?

Searched a box of nickels.

Found 1 silver, about 50 pre-1961, and these two that could be proofs. Pretty sure the one on the right is proof, but not so sure about the one on the left.

The one on the right appears to be a proof. I find them about 1 for every 3-4 boxes, usually 1990+ but have found as early as 1959.

 

Looks harshly polished in my opinion.
