Are these dimes errors?

Was looking through my nickels and dimes today, and I found these coins:
    DSC00680.JPG DSC00681.JPG DSC00682.JPG
The first picture is of a 1987-D dime with what appears to be a tilted mintmark.
The next two pictures are of a 1973-D dime with a shredded edge. I think it might be PMD but i'm not sure.
    Thoughts?

To expand on why the first one is normal despite the tilted mint mark. They were still punching in the mint mark identifier by hand during this time which allowed for a wide array of placement locations. No added value unless it's doubled or way off.
