Are these Cull Die Breaks?

    Bought a big lot of a little bit of everything. Found these 2. I hit a home run before not knowing what cull die breaks even were. Thank you for your opinions. Let me know if they are worth sending to NGC.

    Nickel is deformed so that might have caused the one problem. The penny does have an indent on the back but I do not think that caused the over lay of copper on it. Let me know!

    The IHC looks like PMD (post-mint damage). The coin took a severe blow on the reverse which pushed the metal higher (into higher relief) on the obverse, and those high points were subjected to wear over time.

    The area in question on the Buffalo nickel is also PMD. Same thing as above--at some point in its early life this coin's rim took a blow, thickening the adjacent area-- and then those newly high spots wore down over time.
