Yes.. Graded would be for the condition. Such as.. MS - Mint State, AU - Almost Uncirculated, PF - Proof and so on. In your title you asked if any are Mint Errors. Attribution means that the person will evaluate the coin to see if it's a Error or not.
The grading company will grade them but that is all.. You have to pay an extra fee to get them attributed. Do you understand?

Not at all.. They all look like normal every day change. No vale la pena a mandarlos. Cuesta mucho dinero.
