hmm doesn't seem right, i found a 1989, two 1975, 1997, 2013, 1992, 2017, and a 1963 which ones should i kept?

Hey.. It's a serial number which looks like a date.. for example - 02091971 that would be my b-day serial # bill 02/09/1971

none, its only a birthday note if all 8 numbers are used and can make day, month, year, and then you need to find who's bday it is and sell it to them....

Then technically not a birthday note. Good observation on seeing the years though! Now I have Kwacha playing in my head - it's got a ring. Had I not known, I would have almost thought it's the sound opening BJ Thomas "Hooked on a Feeling"
