    Hey my copper heads...

I have a good friend who loves to buy junk large cents. I'm pretty busy today and I figured you guys might like a challenge while you helped me out.

Any chance any of these are 1799's?

Tough ones, but they all look like '98's to me.

Matt, I could be wrong, but these all appear to have the 1-100 image on the reverses. I think that would mean that they are all 1801-1802 or 1803 dates.

Not a chance on any of them. The first two you can tell at a glance at the obv. (On all the 1799's the highest wave of the hair is below the center or right of center of the R. On the first two the HWH is below the upright of the R.) The third one was a bit tougher because the obv was so far gone but the reverse is DD of 1798 S-187. Key identifying feature being the downward sloping berry at the top of the left wreath.
