    Hi,

This coin seems to be an 8 Heller from the Archbishoperic of Cologne - Maximilian Heinrich 1681-1688

However on comparing it to the Numista coin
8 Heller - Maximilian Heinrich - Archbishopric of Cologne – Numista

The reverse seems to be quite different. Is there a better reference than simply the KM66 that Numista points to?

    Thanks in advance.

I think you're right. With these small thin coins of this date the strikes are just all over the place. Yours looks better than the numista one. I have another older German States coin that is very close to a listed variety, but the legend looks different as well. I'm sure there may be some sources, probably in German, that may be of help. You could try using the German spelling of Cologne, Köln, and see if that gives you any other hits. These older states coins often lack pictures too, especially on the NGC price guides.
