... the website has some serious deficiencies. Example? I received a renewal notice by mail last week. One of the options is to renew online. Should be simple, right? Signing in on the member page I clicked on the dues section, hoping to renew for two years, for the online version. But, the only online option is a one-year renewal, for the print version of the magazine, and this message: "If you wish to renew for 2, 3, or 5 years, contact us: by Email - Membership@money.org - or - Call 1-800-514-2646 and we will be glad to update the billing accordingly." I'm glad that they will gladly update my subscription by phone, or after I email them, but those options aren't online renewal. It seems the default is the method I used for renewal last time. As someone who does a lot of shopping (including coin shopping) online the ANA's order system is, well, pathetic.
