Just wondering who is APCI grading company? See eBay item # 380231864904, Is it a self-slabbed coin?

Seems all on ebay are from 2 Alaska sellers, probably same principals and principles.

I checked business licenses for the State of Alaska, and they have no record of APCI.

Self slabber and one I haven't seen before. Oh well time to waste some more money on a piece of junk for the reference set.
