Looks mid 5th century India to me. Maybe Naga dynasty. Heres a photo for reference.

The Naga Dynasty was an ancient royal family of North Central India that ruled Vidisha, Padmavati, Kantipur and Mathura.
They were ultimately eclipsed by the Gupta Empire and their last king Ganapati Naga is listed as paying tribute to the great Gupta ruler Samudragupta on the Allahabad Pillar.
At their peak they were heavily involved in the substantial trade in spices, luxury fabrics and gold that flowed between western India and the Roman Empire.

(And again, this may not be what they are, they also look like they found be from Tibet, or even Macedonia)
