Anyone see these before?

    Thought they were kinda neat, at about the same price as a mint set. No idea who released these. Nice toning on a couple coins. Guy had probably 15 total. Got my birth year and a couple others.

    Yes I have. I've got several that I've picked up here and there. They are called Postal Commemorative Society Coin and Stamp Panels. And yes you're right, they are kinda neat. Many of the designs from the 60's are outstanding with American leaders, events and space exploration being popular themes. The 1963 commands a very high premium compared to others. I've only seen three of the 1963 issues. Two at estate auctions and one in an antique shop in Portland, Oregon. All three were in the $100-$150 range. Prices for other years are in the area of $20.00-$50.00.
    Glad you were able to pick some up. I really like mine.

    i have a complete date runn from i think 1962 or 4 to about 1995 or such its in storage ... postal commenorative society i think... i paid about 150 for it about ... i dont think they make them any more...

    i could of had a set with my last name on the album at one time but didnt have the money....those are hard to find
