I have zero information about this ancient coin, I can't even guess other than I think is Mediterranean based with the trident spears?, the Oxen look more asiatic type. ... it is made of a very thick heavy copper, other than that if anybody has some better information than guesses, let me know...! A Kushan, same as the one here: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/my-first-two-coins-of-2020-–-excited-but-a-small-catch.354215/#post-4051075 Yours isn't worth much. Overcleaned.
. Thank you, yes I was given this coin so I figured it was not something expensive, I had never come in contact with one like it, back in ancient times would this coin have looked more copper in surface color?? I kinda like it. .

Few of us would enjoy seeing our favorite ancient coins looking as they did on the day they were made. We have fallen in love with the patina of the ages and don't appreciate mirror bright brass.
Probably not electrolysis, just scrubbed very abrasively, like with a scouring pad. The patina has been removed from all the raised areas and left behind in the crevices.
