    It's a modern copy of a coin of Shun Zhi (1644-1661, Board of Revenue mint. Note the weird pebbly surface of the obverse- that is found on many (but not all) modern copies, and not on the originals.

    I think this is a common "e-ching" token. I think thats how you spell it, not sure though. Definetely modern though.
