They look like Indian dump coins. I don't know much beyond that. Do you have weight/dimensions? That may help.

The first one looks very thick, and looks older. Perhaps Delhi Sultanate? I struggle with medieval Indian coins.

Great answer, I'm sure I'm wrong but is a dump coin a toilet token?? :D

The first one indeed is from the Delhi Sultanate. Issued under the rule of Sikandar Shah of the Lodi dynasty (G&G D706).

I recently got a lot of unidentified Indian coins I've been working on, not always with much success. As @Ed Snible and @THCoins suggest, like the OP, one of mine seems to be a Delhi Sultanate Sikander. Not sure if it will help with the query, but here is what I found out about it:

Delhi Sultanate Sikander lot Feb 2022 (0).jpg
    India, Delhi Sultanate
    Æ / Billon Tanka
    Sikandar Lodi
    A.H. 903 or 913
    (1498 / 1501 A.D.)?
Delhi / No mint? (off flan)

    Al-mutawakkil.../ Fi-zaman...Mint: [bi-hadrat Delhi?] and date٩٠/١٤ (903/913 ?) at bottom.
    Goron D705 / D706 (no mint)
    (9.35 grams / 18 mm)
    eBay Feb. 2022 Lot @ $2.39

The reason I am so unsure of the date is that it is mostly off the flan, which is typical for a lot of the Indian coins I try to figure out :banghead: My knowledge of how to figure out the mint is nil, thus my "no mint" guess.

The date, what there is of it, is shown in red:

Delhi Sultanate Sikander lot Feb 2022 (0a).jpg

Here's the whole lot - I've got three of them still on my "Baffling" list (the top three are silver rupees - after a great deal of amateur sleuthing, the middle one is from Afghanistan, I think) - note some of these are upside-down because I do not know what I am doing:

    _India lot of 9 Feb 2022 (0).jpg

If anybody out there can help me with the middle one on the second row and the left two on the third row, I will be eternally grateful.

I have similar coins that I acquired in New Delhi back in the 80s. The style of the round ones reminds me of Mughal empire coinage (c 16th - 17th century). I assume they were called "dumps" because they were roughly struck copper coins on a pretty thick flan, often very crudely.
