Anyone Have a Feeling about This Coin's Value?

    kanga 65 Year Collector

    2002 Austrian Euro with a double clip.
    The clips are at about 8k and 10k.
    And they have caused a separation between the bronze center and the CuNi ring.

    I want to list it for sale so I'd like some sort or reasonable starting value.
    And maybe on eBay or is there a better place.
