Was trying to dig up all the info I can on this note. It seems to be in pritty good condition 005.jpg

Also was wondering if I was going to frame it, do I need to use a special frame to preserve it? or would any frame work, I think this is a cool looking piece even if it is not worth very much.

That is almost certainly a modern reproduction. Any frame will exceed the value of the note tenfold.

I must agree. It definitely looks like a reproduction. Sorry.

There's lots of info on Google. One sold at Stack's for $2300.

I'll have to agree that it looks like a reproduction on parchment paper.

the pic I took there it looks very glossy, it is in a plastic envlope, It looks much older and very different when its out of the case. Any easy ways to tell if it is a reprint?

If I'm not mistaken, the name of the engraver should be along the bottom edge of the note, Gavit & Company Albany, and yours it's omitted.
