I've seen those. I actually have one that's a 1 oz. silver round. The design is a bit different, but it's got the same "details."
Pretty sure I've seen one for a buck. Probably be cool to have for a "good luck" charm, show friends at the bar. Sure enough, just checked ebay and there is one much more beaten up than yours with 7 bids putting the price to $11 with a day left.
If you search on ebay for "peep show token" , "Heads I Win" , "heads tails" you can find over a half a dozen different variations on the theme plus others.
