Mint CSR said to file a CNR (Certification of Non-Receipt) with them.

Was wondering if anyone has gone thru this and how long does it take?

Order was for a 4 coin unc plat set

Did FDX give you a tracking #? Did you track it? Where did it wind up?

My experiance with the mint is that they won't let you file a non-reciept of item untill after 30 days have passed. Hopefuly your package will show up. Keep us all posted.

The mint wil probably replace the set or refund your money, but they are probably just having you go through the claim steps with FedEx in case they can find it. Any reimbursement will have to come from the Mint though as FedEx does not insure coins.
