where I can get silver certificates real cheap? The post about $2 bills got me remembering I need to collect more silver certs. Just pack them away for 20 years, you never know, they might be worth more in a few years. I've tried ebay, but I want to bid on more than just 1 to make up for shipping. Also, anybody know where I can get uncirculated $1 2003A notes? I've tried my bank and they say they hardly get new $1 bills in. I don't have $100 lying around to get a BEP pack for them to order for me. I'd go as high as $1.50 for the new ones. Any help will be appreciated.
If you want some silver certs for fun, that is fine, but circulated ones are not a good investment. They are worth now abot what they were worth 20 years ago.
Also, if you have a supermarket in your area with automated checkout lanes, they sometimes give new 1$ bills in change.
