    Besides a couple of very blurry pictures? Not really. If I was a betting man, I would say it is some sort of religious token. But with the pictures provided, it's impossible for me to tell.

    One of the late Pontiffs on the front. Just an old religious medallion.

    Though the picture is blurry, the obverse appears to say something like "Joannes Paulus II Pont Max," including the usual Latin abbreviation for "Pontifex Maximus."

    It appears to be some kind of variation on a collectable Papal medal, perhaps a Vatican souvenir, sort of like the following examples:
