Any value to this 1983 d Lincoln cent? RPM?

    Found this today looks like an rpm on a 1983 d Lincoln cent.

    It's actually split plating on the mint mark and a bubble :yack:
    Not an RPM

    Eventually this will occur if exposed to the elements..

    Ditto on the plating issue. Not a RPM, IMO.
