i took 15 pics and this is the best one. (not an easy task for me). my Question is, is it odd to have the "we" that close to the edge or is that normal? i have 2 more like this, a 1968-d and a 1985-d with the same thing going on. I am new to all this so it may take a while to get good pictures out of me.

Does it have a reeded edge all the way around the coin?
It may be misaligned enough for the letters to reach the edge,
but it doesn't really look it...

It looks to die off between w in "we" and I in "in" then shows back up after the I in"liberty" i have noticed that the L and I in "Liberty are not as raised at the edge and looks like the top of the L is the edge of coin. i tried to take more pictures with 2 other cameras but i am having no such luck with a clear picture. i will try to get a good picture

hmm ok . i think this will be my first dumb question. if it is misaligned, then should i keep it or it's not worth any more then a dime so spend it?

    3%-5% is considered acceptable misalignment.

It could be worth a buck on eBay if you sell it, I would keep it
