It looks like it was given out as a souvenir token at the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition in St. Louis. The question is if it is contemporary and actually dates to the time period or if it is a more recent replica. If it's the former it likely bears some kind of value; if it's the latter then I'd say its value would be nominal (say 25 cents to the right novelty collector, most likely).

There are fakes out there and at the moment I can't remember what the tells are or were I had recently seen the write up at. There are two versions with and with out the star in the location of the expo on the map. Price depending on condition are all over the place from $10.00 and up.
