It looks like it was given out as a souvenir token at the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition in St. Louis. The question is if it is contemporary and actually dates to the time period or if it is a more recent replica. If it's the former it likely bears some kind of value; if it's the latter then I'd say its value would be nominal (say 25 cents to the right novelty collector, most likely).

It is one that has most of the gilt worn off, it is a so called dollar,HK-304 LOUISIANA PURCHASE EXPO OFFICIAL SOUVENIR
Here is a link https://coins.www.collectors-society.com/wcm/coinview.aspx?sc=151143 Google it and a number of links show up. In the condition I would say it could be worth a couple of bucks to a collector that is looking for it. If I saw it in the LCS I wouldn't pay more than $10.00 but that's just me. Flea bay tends to be overprice4d due to the mind set its old its worth big bucks! it ids listed in the book SO-CALLED DOLLARS - HIBLER & KAPPEN. There are fakes out there and at the moment I can't remember what the tells are or were I had recently seen the write up at. There are two versions with and with out the star in the location of the expo on the map. Price depending on condition are all over the place from $10.00 and up.
