They showed a rather large man in a white t-shirt facing one of the security cameras leaving the premises after reaching into one of the display cases. I was wondering if the dirt bag was apprehended yet.
We actually had 2 incidents several days apart. We had a burglary and a shoplifter. These incidents are not related. I was just informed yesterday that the shoplifter has been identified and they are running the charges past the prosecutor today. That's the fat guy in the white shirt. So he has been identified and it looks like he's going to be apprehended and charged with the theft. No idea where the items are yet tho. I'm sure long gone. We haven't had any issues in over 5 years and then 2 in less then 2 weeks. There are several leads in the smash and grab.. but nothing solid yet. What is solid however are the new steel bars we are installing as I type this
Sorry to hear about this terrible news, Matt. Thank God you and your family are safe and my thoughts are with you in getting through this.
As long as no one was hurt, that is what really matters. Hopefully the Police will be able to identify and apprehend both these individuals. Tough being a retail front operation today no matter where you are.
Matt that sucks that you have been having some bad luck lately and I hope the guy is prosecuted to the fullest degree..maybe he should have one of his hands cut off to teach a lesson too If you like I will hold onto your coins :devil:
