:loud:I note from the schedule at http://www.cointalk.com/t83771-2/ that we still have time slots for some presentations. I can tell you, these are both fun to do and fun to read. They can be anything from a simple write-up of your favorite banknote and some info about the artist or engraver, to a full-blown publishable research article. Your choice, it is all appreciated by the readers! Drop a note here if you'd like to participate, or if you have any questions about how this works! Dave
At last count, it seems that we have lost ScottishMoney as a member. There was a thread that was pure insult to him and I do believe he opted to leave this forum..what a shame.. it was a "Coin Thread" as he also collected coins. I have had previous conversation with SM and found him to a decent and respectable man. One of which is giving to those in need for humanitarian purposes. It would be a good idea to establish PM contact with all members and verify their membership status as well as having a fill in presentation available in the event of an unforeseen cause for someone to miss their spot. We have also lost "for the time being" Daggarjon as he takes time with his family..we will welcome him back when he is ready to rejoin. As for fill in's, I will be happy to assist the group thru Feb if needed. From March 1st until my results are back, I will be only visible for check in's. Let me know if I can help guy's. Regards, RickieB

Membership Head Count Hello everone, I PMed all 32 members this but I'll post it again here in case someone didn't get. Hello everyone, We are trying to compile an accurate head count for 2010 on all members of the "Security Engraving Vignettes" Group http://www.cointalk.com/groups/security-engraving-vignettes/ There are quite a few open presentation slots still. The Group membership count is 32 on the above site link. If you are no longer active we would hate to lose anyone but if so please go to the site above and remove yourself from the group. This group has & still is a great social group on Coin Talk but it is necessary for us to have your co-operation and participation in picking a presentation date & a accurate head count for 2010. Thank You for your co-operation, Connor 1 Read more: http://www.cointalk.com/private.php?do=showpm&pmid=238374#ixzz0cjN4WzbV
