Any ideas what this might be?

Hi all. This coin came in a mixed lot I bought off eBay, and I'm having some trouble identifying it. It's not in the best condition, and I'm afraid my photos aren't that great, but maybe someone will recognise it.

The coin is 23mm in diameter, and weighs 9.40g.

I've tried adding some lines on the coins where the raised parts are, and it definitely comes up with some sort of design.

The 'reverse' is almost featureless, with the rim being slightly raised, and there being a few dips between the centre and the edge.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated :)
    Thanks!

Funny how everyone sees something different. I saw a radiate head first, but maybe that's just pareidolia.

*******It appears to be an ancient bronze coin from long ago*******

For what it's worth, I also immediately saw the same pattern as @shanxi . Unfortunately, that head is not distinctive enough for ID by itself, and I can't get anything at all from the reverse. So: A coin that shows somebody facing right, possibly wearing a radiate crown?
