Any ideas on this very small unknown coin?

It is only about 14mm and .4g. Looking at it in the pictures I wonder if it might have had a silver wash to it and perhaps was made as a counterfeit? Thanks for any help

Hungary, Ludwig I(1342-1382), Denar.
Should be a silver coin, I would guess it's a contemporary counterfeit.
