could be an incomplete clip, heres a 68 I have, this one is already known

 

this type of error is called Stutter Strikes from what i was told and read on another site there is an example that looks like my coin

 

I don't think it's a stutter strike. If it was, the denticles on the far outside would be raised also. They are actually pressed into the rim. I agree with ken454. Two coins have been pressed together.

 

that's too bad ,
