First time poster. I don't have any background information on them and Google is proving useless on this one. So if anybody can provide me with what the heck they are and if there's a hint of their worth I'd be much appreciated.

    Welcome!

    They look interesting!

Would you be able to type out the words on the coins? The glare obscures some of the letters making them difficult to see.

I was about to use them as ball markers during golf but I thought I would see if that wouldn't be advisable first.

The first one is pretty legible but I'll try and figure out what the second one reads.

19 Mitteldeutsches Bundesschie?en 7-14 Juli 1901 *Bmickau i/S* <--- * is at bottom of coin and some letters may not be correct.

Ueb' Aug uno hand fur's Waterland

    I think I'm pretty close.

I think they're cool although I don't know what they are.

Look very similar to some of the German shooting medals I've seen posted

I think Yacorie has it.... German shooting medals.

Zohar444, a member here, is one of the authorities on shooting medals and has an extensive collection.
He would be the one to confirm what they are.

Well the top one commemerates 25 years of the Strasbourg shooting association (It is a Medal) and the second is something along the lines of "19 Central German federation of ?" Again I would say a shooting medal

Doing some research it looks like it's probably shooting medals but I can't find any info on what kind they are exactly. Also, it seems as if the going prices for shooting medals are almost elusively under $250. If that's the price of these I'd probably just hang onto them.
