Any idea what the A2 ornaments are?

Here's another one from the recent bulk lot, which I acquired as a stress-reliever, to go through an attribute them, just for the fun of it.

I don't have calipers, but the weight is 12.20. All the A2's in this lot were the larger kind, over 30mm.

This one is a long shot, but do you have any idea what the reverse ornaments might be, so that I can make a DOC sub-group ID?

There seem to be two dots in the nimbus (obv.), the book is worn, and there's wear/corrosion where the ornaments would be on the reverse.
